This poor fox cub was almost strangled in a soccer/football net. He struggled a lot and ended up with the net tightly wrapped all around his body. Thankfully, Wildlife Aid was called and came to help the baby animal.
Many of the animals that Wildlife Aid rescues get caught in man-made structures. They’ve rescued baby swans from fences and fawns from gates. The rescue points out that, in the case of this fox, this unfortunate incident could have been avoided if the net was simply rolled up or put away.
Luckily, the fox didn’t have any permanent damage and after a bit of a massage to restore his blood flow he ran off to find his mum.
