When it comes to assisting, many people’s altruistic attitude has no bounds; they aid individuals of all races and species. And, whether it’s a domestic or wild animal, Anastasia Poznyak, a Russian, is always eager to devote her time to saving the vulnerable, demonstrating a heart committed to compassion.
Anastasia describes herself as a lifelong cat lover who has worked to defend and save the species since she was a child, but the creatures she has rescued aren’t only kittens.
This young woman has eight pups (six huskies, a Samoyed, and a northern Inuit) in her home, but the most incredible rescue has not come from domestic animals.
The Russian learnt about the existence of lynx farms in her country some time ago, where the animals are sacrificed for the purpose of using their skins for commercial purposes.
To the girl who has now become a recognized striker of this practice, raising an animal and then snatching its skin and therefore her life seemed too awful.
However, rejecting it and actively working for its ban was not enough for her, so she adopted one of these small creatures, protecting him from the horrible fate that awaited him in these sites.
Since it was a newborn, the woman has had the feline and named it Geralt (from The Witcher series). Anastasia was concerned about living together, particularly with regard to her dogs, but she couldn’t abandon the creature.
Fortunately, love has no bounds, and the pups of this Russian understood just how to adjust to the presence of the “kitty” who grew to be as large as them from one day to the next.
Geralt understood how to earn the hearts of all of his canine brothers, but he empathized especially with Banshee, Anastasia’s eldest dog and guardian.
